I had a great experience at this store! The staff was amazing! They are very welcoming, respectful, and helpful! Will definitely be coming back here in the future. They have a wide variety of glasses which was hard to choose from but the staff helped me decide, which was so nice! I 10/10 recommend this store for your contacts/eyeglasses needs!

Had the best experience with America's Best. The last place I went to get my eyes checked did not do a good job with the examen and gave me the wrong prescription. Even though I told them I was having issues with my glasses they did not listen. I came to America's Best and what a difference. Since the moment you walk in is very welcoming. Dr Ramos did amazing and right away he told me how my current glasses prescription was totally off. And even though my current prescription changed drastically he explained in details how we will proceed with such a big difference in the prescription. Not to hesitate but do little by little. Price were also great. I got 2 new pairs with also modifications and I still paid less than the othe facility. I will definitely stick with America's Best.

This location is an absolute mess. After being told my glasses were ready for pickup, I went to the office only to find out they couldn’t locate them. To make matters worse, the glasses they initially brought out were not even mine. After nearly an hour of staff searching and going back and forth trying to find my order, I was told they would have to place a reorder. Frustrated, I left. About 45 minutes later, I received a call informing me that my glasses had actually been there the entire time and asking me to come back to pick them up. I returned and finally got my glasses. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. While picking up my glasses, I scheduled a follow-up contact lens appointment for Tuesday at 5:40 PM. On the day of the appointment, I called because I had not received any confirmation text or email. I was then told there was no appointment in the system. The representative told me to simply come in at 4:30 PM instead. I explained that my appointment had been scheduled for 5:40 PM and that was the only time I could make it. After being transferred between multiple customer service representatives and repeatedly explaining the situation, I was met with an attitude and essentially told, “Whatever, come in at 5:40.” The customer service at this location is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. It’s a real shame because the doctor is excellent at what he does and has impeccable bedside manner. The doctor deserves five stars, but the front office and customer service experience make it difficult to recommend this location.

Excellent professionals. Raymond was knowledgeable and highly efficient. Dr. Ramos was approachable and explained everything easy to understand. First technician that took care of me was sweet and effective. Front desk girl was very helpful. Highly recommend this place.
