America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

The staff was extreamly friendly and helpful. My new glasses are perfect and did not break the bank. It took a little longer then expected for them to come in but the results were worth it. Thanks everyone at this store.

Update: I once again attempted to have visionworks purchased glasses adjusted at visionworks, at different location. Pointless. I finally said this is hopeless clearly no one here is trained so why pretend. Went across the street where America's Best once again recognized the shoddy attempt and corrected it. Americas Best truly is the best for any type optical store, their associates do excellent work while many other places will now only adjust glasses purchased from them. I truly LOVE the customer service here EXCELLENT!! Fantastic service as always, particularly after several horrendous experiences trying to get 1 pr of glasses at visionworks (refer to that review...NEVER go to any of their locations, at least not locally). I gave up and took the frames to America's Best Springhurst, where Christian and Becky (who also previously assisted me at Bashford location) graciously and expertly assisted me in looking for new frames and adjusted my new by then wonky frames that 3 visionworks associates (2 with major attitude, 1 very nice but extremely inexperienced) were somehow unable to do...on their own frames straight from the box. Not only is America's Best service always exemplary, they have a wonderful selection of petite/adult style children's frames. If youre looking for friendly, quality service at affordable prices, I highly recommend America's Best! (They even sometimes have spare parts for those broken temples!)

I cannot express enough how unprofessional the young lady that was working in the store was, to her younger male co-worker. Her demeanor towards him and how she spoke to him was so awful and it made me feel horrible for the young man. I had to walk out after a bit of communication with her because it made me physically uncomfortable. Giving 1 star for the young man who held his composure even though she was so rude to him.

I called because my eye doctor’s office gave me the wrong contacts, and they wouldn’t give me a new pair. I spoke with Christian, who was so so so so helpful and was able to get me contacts before my trip!
