I really wanted to love Costco. However, this place is so stressful. The prices were mixed up on some of the items so you had to be careful to read the full price tags. The self checkout line NEEDS crowd control. Both times I've checked out there people have cut the line by coming around the other corner and ignoring that there's a line or staff starts scanning customer carts while they're in line and the line moves and someone takes advantage. So frustrating. The pizza is great, tho.

Noah, Alex, and Jordan took care of me in the dairy section today! I was in desperate need of egg whites and within 5 minutes I had exactly what I needed in my cart! They had to get the forklift out and everything, on their busiest day: SUNDAY! I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication guys!

This is hands down the best Costco I’ve ever been to! A huge shoutout to Ayca and the entire food court team for getting our large pizza order ready on Saturday morning. They were amazing! I also want to thank Carlos and Aaron for always being so friendly and creating a welcoming environment every time I visit—which is often!

Drove all the way from Louisville to Costco at 5020 Norton Healthcare Blvd #634c with high hopes of getting the Indian sweets that had recently gone viral during the religious holiday season. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, they had already sold out almost immediately. When I spoke to the employees, they mentioned that they wouldn’t be bringing them back again, which was a little disappointing—especially since the Bardstown Costco location didn’t have them either. It felt like a missed opportunity, given how popular and culturally significant those sweets were for many customers celebrating. That being said, since we were already there, we decided to do our usual shopping. Costco never fails when it comes to its wide variety of fresh produce, bakery items, and household essentials. The store was clean, well-organized, and the aisles felt spacious enough even though it was busy. Their staff members were approachable and kind when asked for help finding items. The checkout process was also smooth and fairly quick, which is always appreciated. While I wish they would consider restocking more diverse holiday treats, overall, this Costco remains a reliable place for grocery shopping and bulk savings.

The customer service in the store is 100% much much better than the online store customer service. I had a bad first experience with online store-ordered a $400 vacuum with holiday discounts.from that day I received multiple text and emails informing the delivery date. But when the date comes the tracking status changes to returned to a sender. No explanation, no nothing. I showed up at the store here at Norton Healthcare blvd and the department manager helped me out in 10 min. Norton Healthcare Blvd store staff will make sure you leave with the smile and satisfaction. Amazing people, thank you!
