It was a good expwyfie our first time. Parking is a matter. Direct parking isn't guaranteed Infront of the building, however there is parking at a near by parking garage. You have to plan your travels ahead of time for parking location and distance. The doctors and staff were pleasant. If say it's a good place to try and visit and see if it's a good fit for you. You can always call and aak questions prior to going to confirm if this place meets your needs. They do have glasses on site. You can complete a full eye exam.

There was a permanent sign on the welcome desk that said plan on your visit take no less than 1.5-2 hours.. and they meant it. I waited for one hour and watched everyone in the lobby wait longer. I will not go back here. In response to the owners response: I appreciate your dedication to patient care, especially in this day of hurried doctor appointments. Your office contacted me no less then four times to confirm my appointment, your expected wait time would be better conveyed at that time so a patient has the correct expectations. WAITING for one and a half to two hours before even being seen is an exceptionally long time, and the notion that someone would have that amount of time to sit and wait without warning shows a lack of respect for a persons time. Thank you.

My wife and I were impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. All of the staff were knowledgeable and experienced. The eye exams were thorough and the results of the exams were explained in a comprehensive and clear fashion. We left with confidence concerning our eye health. We highly recommend the American Eye Care Center

I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM today using the online booking system on your official website. I arranged my schedule to leave work early and paid for parking in order to arrive 20 minutes prior to my appointment time. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk staff that your facility does not actually accept online appointments. When I asked why the option was available on your website, I was simply told that we do not take them, with no further explanation. This lack of communication and website inaccuracy resulted in a significant waste of my time, as well as unnecessary financial costs for parking and leaving work early. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of professionalism displayed. I hope you will address this issue with your website and staff so that other customers do not experience the same inconvenience.

As a new patient, I am thoroughly appreciative of the welcoming, staff customer service and their patient care, as well as Dr. P's complete evaluation of my eyes. The care by all was awesome. I found the automation of the office equipment exceptional and is it to be commended too.
