ZERO compassion and Zero stars. Repeatedly told me I’m a difficult patient (I think because my eyes were watering?). Sent me back to waiting room “to find my happy place”. No discharge instructions. I will never recommend this physician to anyone. The one good thing is that the laser surgery worked as confirmed in a follow up visit to another practice.

Dr. Fernandez provides outstanding care. He is punctual, thorough, and takes the time to listen carefully and address all questions. The office is efficiently managed, and the staff are attentive and professional.

Staff is always prompt and courteous. They communicate what is going to be done at all steps.Dr. Fernandez is always thorough and communicates what he finds clearly.

Took one half hour to be seen. Consult with Dr Fernandez seemed rushed especially when I wanted to know the mechanism of action of intraocular injections and long term impacts on treatment of macular edema. He was not clear on description of loss of vision if untreated. He said it was not worsened visiual acuity but quality. What other qualities are to be considered? One foot out the door after waiting 30 minutes. Schedule fewer patients! (you have had time for me before).

Dr. Fernandez and his staff has always been a pleasure to see and work with Our. Recommend them to anyone that has the need for specialist like him. Thank you and keep up the good work.
