Dr. David Z. Ephraim

Dr. Epraim is amazing. I was his father's patient when he had his office on 15th Street in Washington D.C. His staff person, however, is often curt and rude. I recently called to cancel and reschedule an appointment, and he rudely said that I wouldn't be able to see him until August, and then abruptly said, he would have to call me back, which he never did. As a long standing patient, I was very disappointed. Do better! I think he definitely needs some customer service training.

Been going here for a number of years now. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ephraim. Would highly recommend coming here if you need an eye exam, contact lens exam or glasses. Always on time and very professional.

Dr. Ephraim was amazing!!!! I walked in ten minutes early and did not have to wait more than a minute to be seen. He took lots of time to explain everything to me in depth and solved the issue I was having with my contacts right away! Could not recommend him and Mo more highly!

I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Ephraim and Mo are two of the nicest human beings you will ever meet. Aside from how nice they are, they are also extremely efficient, professional, and organized. Every year when I come in for a new prescription, I'm always in and out in a few minutes.

I could not recommend Dr. Ephraim and his optometrist, who helped me with my glasses choices, more highly. I always was respected and Dr. Ephraim always shared info as casual conversation during visits. If I didn't move our of state they'd still be my go to for vision care.
