Had a great visit today! First off, Mayra at the front desk is a total star. She was so friendly and helpful that she’s basically the reason I picked this office—someone give her a raise already! 🏆 The place is spotless and the equipment is top-notch. Dr. Barr was awesome and super easy to talk to, and the treatment room felt more like a luxury SPA than a doctor's office. I just tried LipiFlow for the first time. The upper lid pressure was solid, though the lower lids felt a bit left out. I actually did some "DIY" manual expression at home right after and cleared out some stubborn oils near the corners. I’ve heard that doing a quick manual squeeze while the glands are still warm from the machine is the "secret sauce" for the best results. If Dr. Barr adds that manual touch to the routine, I’m ready to sign up for a yearly membership! Highly recommend.
