I was visiting this clinic for the first time but after only 5 minutes I felt as if I was an old friend. This place is clean. The staff is simply outstanding. The operation is very professional and thorough. Dr. Ruhl is great. Tina is an expert on choosing and fitting glasses. I have forgotten all the other names, but everybody is great. I have found my future eyecare professionals.
I like this place. Staff are friendly and helpful and seem professional and knowledgable. When they make mistakes they accept accountability and resolve problems quickly. I really like their selection of glasses! I described the glasses I wanted at a previous store that said there was no such glasses and I saw the style of glasses at American Eyecare when I drove somebody else there and decided to go there for that style of glasses, but once I got there, everything else was good too. They are fast but explain things well.
Love them! I ran out of my Lotanaprost ( I think that's how it's spelled) and am not scheduled to get more until 5/9 so I called them to see if they would send a prescription in but they told me they would give me a sample that would get me through. Very caring and professional.
Dr. Ruhl is the best! My son actually looks forward to his appointments. The rest of the staff is amazing too! We have always had great service from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!
