Dr. Hangartner responded quickly to my call for help with my eye pain! She got me in quickly with Dr Williams, who listened to my experience with excellent bedside manner. He ordered my meds (generic, to be less expensive) and told me that I could call if it got worse. The compassion and urgency of both doctors was evident. And I am taking the meds awaiting and relief is on its way! Thank you, Modern Eye Care Team!
Brought my oldest today and everyone was so friendly, my younger two were able to sit in a little play area with a tv while I was with my oldest and a staff member was even kind enough to help my youngest find his missing Batman. Everything went fast and the dr was so kind and thorough. She spoke to my son and explained everything to him, as well as myself. Plus the sweet girl helped him find the perfect pair of glasses for his sweet face even though he was in between sizes and kind of awkward size!
Costumer service was excellent. They made me feel comfortable and like a part of the family. Very nice and honest, explained every detail in buying glasses and which look better. Just a great place to go to get your new glasses.
