I was previously a patient at this clinic, but after today's experience, I will not be returning. My partner's glasses recently broke, and we came in hoping to find a replacement. Since he currently does not have vision insurance, we initially considered purchasing new frames. However, after learning that the frames alone would cost around $180 before lenses, we decided it simply wasn't a realistic option for us financially. Especially with the shape of the economy right now. The employee working was extremely passive aggressive and blew up on my partner and I out of nowhere, and claimed we weren't being honest but we were. We needed the prescription information to get him new lenses (he is blind without them) and I thought since I was a patient why not see if they could help us out. But $180 frames is just not possible for us right now, we'd rather get a pair online that we can actually afford. When we were trying to fax over the prescription information from an out of state clinic, he said and I quote "oh actually the fax machine broke" to us condescendingly. So we walked out without any solution, my partner still didn't have his prescription info and we were completely disrespected. I understand that as a sales person, you want to make a sale I get it, I do, we all have bills to pay. If you're not a people person maybe just maybe you should reconsider your job choice.

My daughter broke her frames and we were out of state and needed a fast replacement for her. The customer service here is outstanding and the man who was working was so helpful and absolutely phenomenal and knowledgeable. It is good to see someone that cares about their customers.

They put so much time and effort to make sure your glasses are just right. Their frames and lenses are very high quality. They give you a price upfront that includes everything- glare protection, bifocals, etc. And getting my glasses there cost LESS than Walmart. (Check their hours before you go.)

Always a pleasant experience. We love Dr Patton. His office is very helpful. Prices and selections are excellent. Would definitely recommend American Eyewear!
