American Fork Vision Center

This is the best vision center I’ve been to . I was happy to have modern machines to check my eyes and the option for photos instead of eyes being dilated was really nice . The whole team takes care of you and will go to extra efforts to make sure you’re comfortable with your eye care. I highly recommend this center to anyone. Thank you 😎

I had a great experience here. They were communicative about insurance coverage and appointments options. I thought the staff was very polite and good at their jobs and I liked the eye doctor a lot. She was very thorough and helpful.

I have taken my whole family to the American Fork Vision Center and I have been extremely pleased with them! I didn't realize we had two vision plans but huge thank you to Skyler, Shaunna, and Dr Paxman for helping to make sure I was aware and took good care of me and my families needs for glasses and contacts! There are 9 of us, although only 7 needed vision care:) All of us enjoyed the selection of glasses we got to pick from, and the kids can't wait for them to come! Their building is nice and clean, has a bathroom and spot I could change my baby, and they had a sweet sitting area with a TV that definitely helped to keep the kiddos occupied while waiting for their appointments. Shaunna was very sweet to help the kids get the shows they wanted, and she, Skyler, Kaylee, Griffin, and Dr Anderson were very personable and enjoyable to talk to. I was impressed with the organized manner they handled all of us:) From Skyler setting it all up over the phone to Griffin taking each person in one by one and doing all the different tests and Kaylee getting their glasses measurements and making sure I was aware of the costs and needs for all the services:) There were other staff that were just as awesome and patient another time, but I cant remember their names. My 14 yo son helped my 5 yo son while he was set up with all the machines and the gal was super kind in working with him. Then Dr Paxman took his turn with making sure they finished things up well:) My 5yo also had to get eye drops and Dr Paxman was very gentle and let him hold my hand because he was nervous. Skyler gave great direction on helping my 14yo find glasses he liked:) I really feel like they want to give you the best for your vision and health in terms of finance and being happy and satisfied with what will be most beneficial for you:) You can tell they care about you:) They have great communication, customer service, and helped me feel confident about the care me and my family recieved! They were able to make us an appointment on Saturday which was huge to be able to get my husband in, and worked well for our whole family which was important as this was my kids first times getting eye exams. Skyler helped save me an expensive visit by educating and directing me to seek an eye exam for my son experiencing headaches before just jumping into see a specialist. They treated his needs and my concerns very well:) I was also treated respectfully and kindly when I ran into car troubles and was running late for my appointment today. It was communicated clearly that I could come in to a certain point or reschedule if that was easier. I highly recommend coming here to take care of your vision needs!

Never heard of this place until I was referred to it by family. We have been here several times now, and the staff and how attentive they were to us is what I really love and will come back for. Came here for an eye exam and was taken care of pretty well. Was prescribed eye drops as well. Our big visit happened this year when it was time to switch from glasses to contact lenses. The care and attention we received in aiding an almost teenager to learn about contact lenses and helping him to put it on for the first time were fantastic. Yes, it took a lot of patience, specifically from one of the employees named Matt, but Matt super patient with him, and really took his time to just make him feel comfortable in putting them on. Although he didn't get to put them on at the eye center, we took the advice that was given, and I worked at home in successfully putting in his contacts for the first time. In addition, Matt did not hesitate to even give me his cell number so if we had any questions about the contact lens, we can reach him quickly and directly. We were also educated on the different brands of contact lenses, which are more quality vs. less quality. That goes the same for the eye care solutions that are vast, and we feel comfortable that we were properly educated in these products, which of course in return, gives us more confidence in coming back to their services next year.

I have been going to American Fork Vision for over 5 years. They have always been incredibly helpful in helping me navigate my astigmatism. The staff is very welcoming and nice. Highly recommend this business!
