Took time to help me find the Sunglasses I wanted for prescription. They made it really easy to pick what glasses I wanted and that would help me the most with my prescriptions.

I recommend going into Visionworks. I really liked the doctor. She was very professional, explained everything really well, and took very good care of me and was kind. I felt like she spent plenty of time with me, and as if she really wanted to help me. She was amazing. I also really appreciated the associate who helped me choose my glasses. She was friendly and helpful and patient. It was close to closing time but she didn't make us feel rushed at all. I was really grateful for her help! They have a lot of great glasses to choose from as well, and always seem to have a special going on. They have brands like Coach, Nine West, Chelsea Morgan, DKNY, Anne Klein, Cole Haan, Karl Lagerfield, etc. They also have a 100-day guarantee, which I have used in the past and returned some glasses that I hated. I truly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with Visionworks that I feel others should be aware of. After receiving an eye exam at their store, I was given a prescription that I trusted was accurate. Based on that prescription, I purchased glasses at Visionworks and a pair of sunglasses online. Unfortunately, when the both pair of glasses arrived, it became clear that something was not right. After further follow-up, I learned that the prescription I had been given by Visionworks was incorrect. I paid over $400 for a pair of glasses from Visionworks in addition to the pair I purchased online - the Visionworks pair was made incorrectly—not only did the lenses not match the prescription I was given, but the axis was also off, making it impossible to see clearly out of them. What’s been even more frustrating is the time and inconvenience this has caused. I’ve had to visit the store four separate times to try to resolve the issue, and I still have to return again to pick up the corrected pair. What was most frustrating was how the situation has been handled. While the store acknowledged the mistake, they informed me they would only correct the issue if I purchased glasses directly through them. They declined any responsibility for the cost of the glasses I had already purchased elsewhere—even though that purchase was based entirely on the inaccurate prescription they provided. I understand that businesses have policies, but in this case, the error originated with Visionworks. A more customer-focused approach would have gone a long way in maintaining trust and goodwill. I hope Visionworks takes situations like this more seriously in the future and considers how their policies impact customers when mistakes are made on their end. This experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer.
I got my contact lenses here in November. We were told that if we purchased a full year's supply, we would receive a reward—specifically from the brand itself. However, the store has mistakenly issued sales codes twice, and I still haven't received anything. Neither party is taking responsibility; the after-sales service from both is abysmal. I do not recommend them.
I’ve gone to this Visionworks’s office for about eight years. I’ve never had a bad experience and the quality of care, customer service, and glasses I get are outstanding. I just got my new glasses today and I want to give a big shout out to Olivia, who helped me make my decision and went through how to choose the right components of my glasses. I want to thank Dr. Hadlock for giving me a great eye exam and also helping me to navigate a family history of macular degeneration. Cris is the supervisor who works in this office and he takes great care of customers. As you can tell, I know the store personnel well and they are great to work with. I make sure my husband and my kids come here.
