Everything about this place is inconvenient. You have to make an appointment just for a pick up for glasses or contacts. It’s ridiculous. They are closed on Wednesdays, and they are always busy. I waited an hour and half (past my appointment time) for an eye exam just to find out I was evaluated for contacts instead against my wishes. As I’m writing this, I’ve been waiting 20 minutes just to simply pick up my glasses. I’ve asked 3 times for a receipt and haven’t gotten one. Despite what their website says, you can make appointments online, you have to call…and hope they pick up. And despite your appointment time, you are going to wait a very long time so get settled in. Not to mention they have an entire wall of frames, with no signage, that aren’t available. I was told you need “a special insurance” for that and you can’t even purchase the frames out of pocket. I’m a pretty patient person but I deeply regret all the time I’ve spent in their waiting room this month and I will not be coming back.
