Great attention, beautiful eye glasses you don't see in other places.

The doctor's care was very good, but when I went to pick up my glasses, I noticed I couldn't see well. The receptionist told me it was an adaptation problem. I told her that had never happened to me before because I've worn glasses for several years, but she insisted. The next day I returned because I was still having trouble seeing; my vision wasn't clear, round objects looked oval, and rectangular objects looked tilted. The same receptionist told me it was an adaptation problem, that the doctor was on vacation and wouldn't be back until the 24th, but I already had a ticket to leave Puerto Rico since I was only there temporarily. She said the only thing I could do was switch to my old prescription. I told her I wanted to leave my glasses and get my money back, but she still insisted it was an adaptation problem and that her doctor didn't give refunds. I paid almost $400. Therefore, I cannot give a positive review of this business. In short, I don't recommend this place. I also have testimony from another person who was there and they made the glasses incorrectly, that is, they measured the right eye in the left eye and vice versa.

The best doctor I've ever seen. Highly recommended. Thanks to his attention and concern, we were able to quickly diagnose my grandmother's eye condition. She had suffered a stroke, and thanks to his recommendation and dedication, we went immediately to a retina specialist who promptly treated the case. Thank you! God bless you.
