Every visit is an issue with billing and they do not offer assistance. I very much like and trust Dr. LaLonde, but between the very poor service in the optical department, the self check in when they have staff at the desk but their job is to tell you to check in online at the kiosk, so basically do their job and now I am having to correct their billing error with this provider. Can't make an appointment on line as the Doctor I use does not populate, I called the billing department and it tells me to dial an extension but no directory is available then I called the practice and got okay service but again put it back on my to correct the billing error made by the office. Very frustrating, time to find a new provider. I also filed a grievance with Blue Cross Blue Shield against American Vision Partners.
