I had the most wonderful experience my goodness everybody was so helpful. I came early, so the young man opened the door. His name is I wanna say ABISHAK, and Monica Trina Grace were so pleasant and they helped me in between everything else, your machines were not working. It was a Wednesday with a remote doctor and they were very pleasant while we were trying to upload it. It took three tries, but we got it on, and it was a good day because I had nothing else to do. Marie explained everything to me very thoroughly and she kept me occupied so I wouldn’t be impatient, but I’m not an impatient person, but she was very good to me. And Zoe was absolute best. She had nothing but total professionalism and I really appreciate that. I’m here today picking up my glasses and it’s the same lovely crew except for Zoe‘s not here and I think she’s wonderful but that’s no big deal. I’m going to see who else is going to wait on me to dry them on.

Three times I scheduled an exam with an in-person doctor. Three times I arrived only to be told the exam would be done remotely instead. This is not a mistake — it’s a pattern. Patients should not be misled or have their time wasted like this. I have used this location before without problems, but after this repeated failure, I am done with America’s Best and will not return.

Lisa was amazing! We did our first virtual and she made it so easy and quick! All the same test as if the Dr. Was in office 10/10 recommend

I went to the wrong location and they held my appointment. Kelsey went out of her way to provide the best possible customer service. She worked as if I was her highest priority and I appreciate that. The optometrist, Libby, was professional and answered every question I had. I highly recommend this establishment. Brandon, the big guy, answered every question presented to him and even was able to serve two clients at once.

Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment because it's first come first serve based on my experience last year. Appointments really don't matter for timing, just for the day. Sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes before doing the pre-exam. Finished with that and then was told after 10 minutes that I could wait or reschedule my exam for a virtual Dr. It was almost 1:30 p.m. and the Dr's go to lunch at 1:30. They had 9 available Dr's (all virtual) and was told it was "going to be quite a while". Ended up walking out and scheduling with Visionworks in Belden because I have yet to have a positive experience at this place.
