I was referred to this office because my regular ophthalmologist was out of town and I was experiencing what could have been an eye emergency. The staff was incredibly accommodating to my Dr’s request (on a Saturday) and made sure I could be seen right away. The front desk team was especially personable and helpful, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and reassuring. Not only did they fit me into their schedule, but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a clear diagnosis and, most importantly, peace of mind. Dr. Erin Meffan was exceptional. She was extremely patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything—from the exam and what she was looking for, to the diagnosis, treatment plan, and what I should expect moving forward. She made sure I understood every step and answered all of my questions, which immediately calmed my nerves. I’m very grateful for the professionalism, efficiency, and compassionate care I received today. I would highly recommend Dr. Meffan and this office to anyone needing knowledgeable and compassionate eye care.
