My daughter and I needed new glasses, and we were thrilled with the service. Andrew was awesome and was the first encounter we had. Sydney helped us pick out glasses and was there when we picked them up as well. She is an asset to your company and her kindness and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed to us. We would definitely come back!

I had an 11:30 appointment and they were right on time. The technician took me back to the exam room and did the preliminary tests and questions. Then the optometrist came out and we did that part of the test. All of the people seemed very personable and friendly and I got the feeling the doctor actually was interested in my well-being. This did not seem to be the usual cookie cutter glasses Center
Every one in the Rossford facility dealt with my husband and I with excellent care. Every one was friendly and very helpful. Especially had great interaction with Jessica as she helped us pick out frames, check on insurance coverage, and explained ways we could get the best for our money. She was patient and conversed with me as we waited on my husband to finish his exam.
