This is the worst optical shop there is. I advise everyone not to come here—especially not with children—as the doctor is not equipped to work with kids. They performed my daughter's eye exam incorrectly and made her glasses wrong; when you go back, they make no effort to help you. My daughter has previous exam records that are consistent with one another, yet the results here were completely different. I took her to another place that was recommended to me, and the exam results there differed from Walmart's, but matched those from the other clinic where she was treated in Florida. When I went back to Walmart to complain, they told me the warranty had expired and acted as if they didn't care—probably because it isn't their own money. Honestly, I do not recommend this optical shop at all; do not come here. Look for places that are more professional.

I almost didn't make an appointment here after reading the reviews.... I am so glad that didn't listen to them and made the appt anyway. I had a great experience, the Dr. was very intelligent, had a great bed side manner, and I felt confident in the care I received. The rooms were spotless and equipment was very clean. The other employees were very friendly and helpful. My glasses came earlier than expected. Like I said, I'm happy I didn't let the other bad reviews turn me away! I would recommend this vision center to others!

Not sure what has happened to this vision center. We have been coming a long time, but service has rapidly declined. Set up an appointment for me and then called the morning of to change the time and acted like it was my fault that I was given that original time. Forcing to change the time the morning of caused me a lot of inconvenience. They have made the process of getting contacts for my child not easy at all.

During my original visit with this doctor, he prescribed me contacts without any sort of trial period to ensure they were correct. I had been wearing glasses for quite some time prior to this visit and therefore did not have any information as to the contacts that I wore. I began experiencing issues with the contacts several weeks after ordering a year's supply. When I went back to explain the issues I was having such as tearing and double vision, they made me take another eye exam and made me pay full price, even though the problem was just the wrong type of contacts. I have talked to the manager to get the contacts refunded and order new ones, but still two weeks later, this problem has gone unresolved. During the follow up visit for the trial of the new contacts, Dr. Ernest Spohn essentially told me that because he was an independent contractor, there is no one that I can report this issue to. He told me to "suck it up" and that I was "lucky I had insurance now or it would have cost me more". I asked for a refund for the second visit since it wasn't my fault and he said "no, you have to pay for my time no matter what." As a Chinese woman, I feel this doctor has taken advantage of my poor English skills and assumed that since I am a foreign woman, I don't realize that what he is doing is wrong. I will try to resolve the issue once more with the manager within several days, and rest assured, this will be the last time I do business with Dr. Ernest Spohn.
