My experience at this Americas Best Eyeglasses has been such a happy and positive one from the first day I walked in. Natalia has been so helpful and very friendly! She went above and beyond for me to help make my experience sush a nicece one. Two thumbs up for everyone I came in contact with from day one! The very first day I came for my appointment, I was greeted by two women who had such great personalities who where very positive as well everyone here has made my experience a great one! Highly recommend!!!!

I just can’t express enough how happy I am with this company and the staff. I have had two problems with my glasses including my puppy chewing my frames. And they honored my warranty . Thank you, Daniel, for taking the time to help me choose glasses, even though I had both hands full. You helped me make a decision to buy two pairs that I had been double-guessing. Made a visit there with my wife just for a regular eye exam and it was very helpful. The receptionist at the desk Vanessa was very polite and friendly to get us situated even thought the Dr was running late she got us situated for our appointment. Was a terrific experience and comforting.

I’ve been going here for almost 5 years and recently I’ve been receiving such sass from the manager. Got a text message around 5 to pick my glasses up because they are ready. I got there around 6:26. The manager stood up with attitude to let me know she closed all her stuff and she won’t be turning them on for me to come back on tomorrow to come pick my glasses up. No sorry, no remorse. Just attitude. I’ve never seen this lady since recently this year and all I’m saying is. If your business hours open till 7. There should be no reason why you have an attitude if customers come 30 min prior. After these 2 glasses I’m picking up. Unfortunately I don’t see myself ever coming back here again.
