I went in today to pick up my eyeglasses . I was standing there for about 10 minutes before someone came , the person before me the lady employee ask can she help him . He told her that he was picking up his eyeglasses. She didn’t say a thing to me like , ma’am, someone would be with you shortly, No customer service skills at all ! I seen her wait on the man before me and she automatically gave him 2 eyeglass cases. So after he left she ask me what I was there for . said to pick up my glasses. So afterwards I received my glasses she gave me one eye glass case . I ask her I only get one she yes! This person The reason that is totally unprofessional with no customer service experience at all . To top it off she just lied straight to my face ! Worse customer service experience ever !!! Don’t get an eye exam done here. Slow, bad info over the phone, a messy store, and an awful experience. My wife called and made an appointment. They confirmed that she could come in and get just an eye exam. We came in 20 minutes early. We sat down after we thought we been checked in but the receptionist didn’t take any info until my wife checked becuase people were going before us that had later appointments. Once my wife was taken back 30 minuets after her appointment time, the tech that started the exam was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the doctor would not give my wife her prescription without a “trial period” of the contacts. My wife had clearly asked before hand if she could just get the tests done so she could order contacts herself. All in all this was an awful experience and a wast of time trying to get an eye exam here.

I love having the "club" membership for 3 years for pirscriptions BUT their main optometrist at this location in West Allis, WI is the worst. She is very gruff and tells y what u should be seeing. Contacts were ALL WRONG and she never tried to adjust it. Glasses were all fubarred in left eye. U HAVE TO ASK FOR DR BANFEILD. thank God I did ask for someone else that I didn't see b4. This dr took time, Listened and contacts are great and just now got prescription glasses from Online shop saved HUNDREDS OF DOĹLARS WITH GREAT FRAMES AND THE PRESCRIPTION IS **PERFECT*** THANK YOU DR. BANFIELD

They need to call people and let them know, when their glasses are in. I had to call and ask, if my new glasses were in yet. Apparently, they were in for almost two weeks.. Other than that, I love my new glases and I look forward to buying another pair.
