Vision Mart

I came to pick up my daughter‘s glasses, and we saw a sign on the gate in front of visionmart. I understand that people need to take a break throughout the day, but the whole staff? Very messy looking and unprofessional. Under the post it it says they’re coming back at three, but then they covered it up and said 330. They couldn’t even bother to make another cheap sign with the correct time?

We’ve been up here four times to get our glasses and this person is never here in the store. They say they’re open but they never open. This is crazy. What type of business is this? We want our glasses we paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for them.

This place sucks. It took almost a month and a half to get them in the store just to find out that the bi focal"s were in the middle of the glasses, send them back 2 weeks ago, still nothing. Call Hierslof nobody answers. Definitely NOT doing business with them again. Wisconsin vision is so much better, selection wise and customer service is better.

This store sucks I would never recommend this store 3 days now..Noone there closed when they are supposed to be open... been waiting since may 5th for my glasses I paid 300$ for.. also shecould not tell me why I havnt got them yet and when they are there they don't answer the phone

Absolutely terrible service. After reading the reviews I should have known. I’d recommend not wasting your time going here.
