Just left the forest drive location and the experience was great. Karitha was able to get me scheduled the same day. Stella greeted me when I arrived and made it easy for me to complete my paperwork and ari was my tech who did a great job explaining the process. After the exam I recieved my prescription and ordered my contacts all in one stop in under an hour I would reccomend this team to anyone wanting to have their eyes checked and corrected

Karitha was wonderful! I shopped at the Forest Drive location. I chose a frame I liked, she checked my eyes like where they lined up, and sent them off. I appreciated wholeheartedly as a progressive wearer, that she selected the wide view option for the lens. Things can get funky and off balance with bifocals or progressives, all you progressive/bifocal wearers know what I mean! Lol anyhow, just went today to pick up my new glasses and once I put them on, I had to call back to make sure they were progressives! The line of vision is sooooooo smooth I have never experienced this to date with progressives. I dont know if its a store thing, I last went to Stanton Optical, but the wide view is AH-MAZING! I feel like I can see clearer than ever before with my glasses! Thank you so much Karitha for your kind service and your help! I am so elated!

I had a routine eye exam and contacts fitting today with this company for the first time. It was the most bizarre experience I've had at an eye doctor. From check in to check out, I was there two full hours. The entire building is absolutely silent, and the eye doctor is actually on video chat. You sit in a waiting area and eventually an employee takes you to do the pre check stuff, then you wait, then another takes you to do more pre check stuff then you wait again. Then you get taken back again and have your virtual visit. I ended up canceling my contacts fitting portion because of their protocol with the fitting (a whole different story). Again, all of this took 2 full hours. It's my fault for not paying attention to the fact it's a virtual exam, however, it was not mentioned over the phone and it was the last thing I was expecting, haha. Will absolutely not be back.

Excellent, professional and timely. Since I am a nurse and have a lot of customer service experience, and a senior citizen, I am hopeful. I praise their service.

I dealt with Casey today she was awesome saved me so much money when purchasing my meta frames and lenses. She was nice and so professional. Really appreciate you help.
