Bergelt Optometric Next To Walmart

Set an appointment for 05/24/2026 with the auto center. I was told I’m denied for getting my oil change do to when they put it on the ramp it will tear my bumper off. Because the bumper is hanging a bit from hitting a deer in February. But not knowing I’ve just got 4 new tires on the car the day before. I’m assuming via other people thoughts because it was a Sunday they do less work. Then today 5/25/2026 I get an email saying my appointment was canceled. Thank you Firestone for changing my oil as my car is.

We shopped here to make purchases for my son's apartment. My husband, son, and I were all shocked at the exceptional customer service. This is the best Walmart to which we have ever been, and we have been to oodles. Three different employees here greeted us in various departments and asked if they could help us with our shopping. In one case, we did need some help finding a certain item. Walmart did not have the item in store but the employee did a fantastic job helping us find a suitable alternative. The store was also clean and tidy. And our cashier was friendly. personable, and efficient. I truly wish this was my home Wal Mart. As an aside note, we happened to check Target for one item we could not get in store at Wal Mart. No Target employee even greeted us let alone offered to help us.

I came to this store on 24 June and was helped by two associates, Nicki & Gerald. I was very impressed by there customer service. Sometimes you don't get good service from younger people these days. These two were Great representatives of your store. They were courteous and very hopeful.

Visited early this morning and was disappointed to see only one checkout line open. We had too many items for self checkout. But Bridgette, the cashier, moved us along very quickly and was a joy to talk to. She bagged everything neatly and kept cold things together and was easy with the bread and eggs. Something happened with egg cartons in the back and all the eggs were broken. Two stockmen, didn't get their names unfortunately, were very helpful in going in the back to find us new cartons with fresh unbroken eggs. They were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. My last review for this store 10 years ago was a 1 star due to bad customer service. So I seldom came back. But today's visit was excellent and their choice of avsilable products was also great. Will be shopping here more often now!

Jemal of the Produce department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of this area. Picking out plaintains has always been a struggle for me and was assisted with that. Although he shared he was a newer employee he knew his stuff. Walmart gained a real 1 and I hope he moves his way through out this location the better the store as a whole.
