I recently visited America's Best for a new pair of glasses, and I must say, I had an excellent experience. The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Jerry and Sandy, who went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect pair of glasses that would suit my face shape. The parking was very accessible, and the store was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Moreover, Lauren the optometrist was very cool and patient in explaining my prescription to me, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this America's Best branch for anyone in need of eye care services. The staff is top-notch, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the optometrist is knowledgeable and patient. I can confidently say that I had a great experience at America's Best and will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs.

My appointment went extremely well I did not have to wait long. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Jennifer helped me and she was absolutely incredible. She was as very helpful in trying to find me the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend them.
I am giving them a 2 because the optometrist was the only one with proper customer service and human. The woman in the front; one of them butchered my name without asking me how to say it first. Then I watched as the other white lady pass me as I have been waiting for almost an hour at this point, just to pay. Grabs the white kid who can way after me, and proceeds to help her while I wait for another 45 mins. I asked why she helped the kid ahead of me, she pointed to a seat and another lady finally came up and helped me. It took 2 mins to pay for something I waited almost 2 hours for service. Needless to say, I will be finding optometrist services elsewhere. Hopefully you are able to train your staff on how to provide proper customer service.
I've been going to America's best for years up in Colorado and when I moved down here a year ago I was happy to find one here to they probably have several but just this one is close to me I've never had an issue with it it they accurately measured my eyes they suggest contacts and eyeglasses and help you pick out what you like they're very friendly the other day I stepped on my glasses so I took it in and they had replaced the frames they probably the frames exactly like mine and just pop my lenses in cleaned them up and I wore them home. And the price is really can't be beat glasses and contacts are going to be expensive man but if you're going to buy them here you're not going to pay as much money as you would somewhere else I'm pretty sure of that and it's not for substandard products everything I've gotten is very high quality and you can join their little 99 club I think still and that's pretty cool go talk to them you need glasses you need your eyes checked and then get glasses this is the place to go man because they'll remember you always you know they sent my information to a store down here from Denver and then greeted me by my first name when I got there pretty cool I made an appointment so they kind of knew my name anyway anyway great place I highly dependable five stars across the board of course all right go there
I’ve gone to nationwide for over five Have been happy with service up until the Recent experience. After being Diagnosed with cataracts I was told there was nothing they could do to help me Get a referral Go to your primary doctor!! The lack of customer service is beyond compare. Be very careful they are not necessarily there to help
