Americas Best

Ya'll, I wouldn't recommend America's Best to my dog. First, the optometrist wasn't the overall friendliest. He didn't suggest the best OTC drops for allergies. Jonathan researched online, found the best, and went to Walmart. I ordered a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses a week and two days ago. One is arriving today, and one is being SHIPPED today. I was hurting in my right eye, so went to them, because they were open late, but I will stick with MarxOptical next time.

This review rating is in reference to some of the women who work here they aren't very friendly at all in my opinion. After my eye exam I was fitted for glasses and I had several questions that I wanted to ask to me it seemed as if I was frustrating them and being a great inconvenience. There is also a guy named Chris that doesn't have people skills when it comes to dealing with customers I was rushed to pick out a pair of glasses. Aside from all that I was very pleased with the optometrist he was very polite to me and gave me a good eye exam. I just wish I could say the same thing for his staff. Also I would like to point out that these guys are higher on contact lenses than other eye care offices I was able to order my contact lenses twelve dollars cheaper at a different place something to keep in mind when getting contact lenses.

Dr Steinbrecher was amazing!! I have worn glasses since 5th grade and contacts since 8th. Dr explained my aging eyes and the tests he was doing…very interesting. I was surprised I really did not understand as we age such changes and I am 57 years young!! The staff was fabulous and Chris, the gentleman who helped me pick out glasses was the BEST!! This was my second year going here in Cullman AL. I definitely recommend AB in Cullman 🤩🤩

I couldn’t get an appointment in Jasper until May/26 so i made appointment with AB on line before my 2025 yearly was expired. The eye Dr was friendly & knowledgeable. Kris who helped me with my glasses was wonderful! Gave me truthful answers as to which frames looked the best. Prices reasonable. Staff was very friendly also. Will go back again this year.

Kris went above and beyond to help me to get what I wanted as far as eye glasses and sunglasses goes. Even Dr. Mark stepped in and helped as well. America’s Best is my first choice to go to. Thank you all today
