I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. They took the time to make sure my glasses fit perfectly and made adjustments until everything felt just right. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want everyone to leave happy and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the person who checked me out — they were friendly, professional, and made the entire experience even better. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how well I was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I went to have an eye exam in January, I told the manager who saw me after my exam didn’t go well with that doctor. I expressed to her that I didn’t feel comfortable with the prescription he wrote wasn’t correct. I came back to see another doctor 3 weeks later, and sure enough my prescription was in fact wrong. That doctor finalized my prescription; came back 3 weeks later to pick my glasses and contacts up. The contacts was never ordered and one pair of my glasses were broken in the process of putting the correct prescription in them. I then had to come back today 5/7/2026 to pick up my glasses and still no contacts ordered.They have the worst manager I have ever experienced, she was rude and unhelpful. The Reception was so Pleasant and helpful.

Went in for new contacts every staff was so welcoming, Respectful and helpful I went in to take an eye exam Perla was so nice I love how she explained everything. The Doctor was very nice and helpful i will be coming here again!! My experience with Americas best was the best.

Wonderful friendly staff. Doctor was great. Aaliyha was exceptional and so nice. She got me what I needed at the price I needed it! Tina at the front desk was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend these guys if you need glasses or contacts!

The best eye exam the doctor was very informative and extremely nice. The employees in front were very helpful and friendly. They helped me find glasses that look good and me get the best deal on my glasses. Best experience ever at a eye exam.
