I had a very good experience all the staff was very very nice, very gentle, very respectful. And what you get here is not what you would get at other places. I like Bethany she’s very sweet and she worked with me through it all. she answered every question we had. With patience and gentleness and so so much
Dr. Potter is a great eye doctor. He was patient, took his time, and explained each step. I left feeling like I received the best eye exam I’ve ever had. Kimberly was the nurse who did the initial part of my visit and she was also wonderful. Very friendly, personable, and thorough.
Dr. Potter is a great eye doctor. He is very thorough and explains everything. The lady that helped with my glasses was amazing. She got me the best prices. Great place and highly recommended them.
Always like to come to Dr Potter and his staff is really good. I am getting glasses and the lady helping me was a big help and we had fun choosing my glasses.
Check in/out staff was unpleasant. Attended appointment with my spouse, insurance information was presented; however they billed for the exam and contact lens fitting knowing vision insurance does not cover fitting exam. Questionable booking practices. As the wife on the policy I should have access to what is being billed and why.
