Highly recommend! Dr. Davis and staff are incredibly friendly and made us feel so relaxed and welcome. My teenage niece is usually very selective, but she found a frame she loves and was smiling the entire time. Thank you for the excellent service and the wonderful, stress free experience!
I scheduled my appt with them and the day before I was supposed to come in, they called and told me they were going over the insurance again and that they not in network with my insurance. Come to find out from my insurance agent, they are in fact in network with my insurance and are definitely on the in network list. I called back and she said well ya your insurance is in network with us and we take it however if your eye exam becomes medical then you will have to pay out of pocket. What in the actual heck does that even mean. I just need an eye exam and new lenses and they specifically told me a few days ago that they are not in network which was a lie. Out of all the years I’ve have eye exams I have never had someone tell me that if it became medical then I would have to pay out of pocket, and neither has my agent. It’s always been, your in network, great let’s get you scheduled. She told me that if I still wanted to have an eye exam done that I can get scheduled. Ya no thanks I’ll go elsewhere where they are competent and don’t lie to your face. Don’t waste your time with this place.
Reception was very friendly and efficient. Technician was very knowledgeable and testing was explained. The doctor was excellent. He not only tested my eyesight but also asked about any issues that I might have experienced. Highly recommend.
I was very impressed with Dr. Camp and the staff here at Decatur Family Eye Care! Dr. Camp is very personable and made me feel at ease. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly and I felt like I was getting top quality care from him and also Amy and Rebecca. I was also very happy with the cost of purchasing new glasses. I highly recommend Decatur Family Eye Care.
Great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and Dr Davis was fantastic! He listened to my concerns and issues and addressed them resulting in a great conclusion.
