This was my second visit to this location and once again they were great. Doctor Erin Jones actually listens to my concerns and answers my questions. The office staff were friendly and helpful. It’s refreshing to feel like a person instead of another insurance claim.
Dr. Jones and the entire staff provided an amazing experience from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The service was excellent, the office was clean and welcoming, and they truly take their time with their patients. I always have a great experience at InFocus Eye Care in Decatur. Dr. Erin Jones is knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk receptionist is welcoming as well. Will who helped me picked out my glasses was also kind and friendly. I will always choose Infocus Eye Care for all of my vision needs.
