If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went there because my original eye place was booked out & I just moved here & needed contacts quickly. I had to get an eye exam done for a new script. I went there & they kept telling me they couldn't find my insurance, turns out in the end of the appointment they spelled my name wrong. They gave me trials & I put them in & told them I couldn't see clearly with them. They told me to try them for a couple of days, so I did. I came back for another eye exam & they ordered me trials again. Again, I can't see. I called & told them they gave me two of the same power lenses when I have an astigmatism.. I told them that they were wrong on the phone & was being polite trying to explain what was going on & the lady hung up on me twice. I paid for the service, got the wrong script twice, have major headaches & have to squint to see. I can't even order contacts through a different company because I don't have the correct script.

Amber, who I believe is the general manager was so sweet and helpful beyond belief! My husband had been having a lot of issues with the glasses he had prior. Amber helped take a lot of stress off on a day that was particularly hard for him and completely remedied the issue. Him and I are both very grateful that she was the one to help him through that process. Now he is able to see better than he ever has which is such a big deal. 😊

I visited the America’s Best located in Shoal Creek on June 13th for an eye exam and contact lens exam. The doctor misdiagnosed me with cataracts and prescribed the wrong prescription for my left eye. I went to another eye doctor who gave me the correct prescription. I spoke to the manager, Amber, to get a refund of my 3 year Eye Care Club membership. Amber implied that it was my error that I received the wrong prescription since the eye exam is guided by the patient. Horrible customer service, and I would not recommend going to this location for your vision care.

Paige was amazing! Very thorough, asked questions to make sure my prescription strength was good and contacts comfortable. Thank you so much, Paige for a job very well done!

The Dr here is wonderful! The ladies are EXTREMELY rude and not helpful. If you don’t mind being interrupted, not listened to, and then hung up on over a simple question…. This is your place! If it weren’t for the amazing Dr I would give them 0 stars. I’m so glad we only have to deal with their nonsense once a year!
