The best experience and the young man who helped me was amazing helpful and so kind. I believe his name started with a C Chase maybe sorry I can't remember. He was fantastic at his job for sure! Made me feel very confident in my pick and purchase. Everyone was kind here.

I had no idea what I was walking into for a remote eye doctor experience. If you were to see me say this, you would see me with a giggle. From beginning to end, my experience today has been a wonderful one. At every step, the employees have been friendly, patient, quick to solicit questions, and beyond helpful. I wish I had been thinking to remember their names all along so I could mention them here, but I have to suffice it to say that Siege, the optician who helped me choose frames was very, very helpful and knowledgeable, and went over and beyond to help adjust the glasses that I currently have. Oh, and she went worked with me in ways that were sensitive to my budget. 🙂 There is a reason I have been an America’s Best customer for over 30 years now. I HIGHLY recommend this location to you.

Do not waste your money, they do not have transition lenses, they will sell you transitions but they don’t work and won’t stand behind there products, they say that they’ll order new lenses to replace them but they don’t and you will never get them. They will put them under UV light and they will tint but they will not work without a UV light so if you don’t have a UV light attached to the brim of your hat they don’t tint. They did admit that’s not right when I proved it to them in the parking lot on a sunny day and agreed to order new lenses that I never got, my extra pair came in and they don’t work either. Live and learn I guess

I am EXTREMELY irritated, frustrated, and disappointed with this place. First, I Scheduled an appointment online. So, I arrived only to find out that they were having electric and equipment problems and my appointment was canceled. I was frustrated because I NEEDED to get new glasses asap. And this place is on the absolute opposite side of town from my house. Begrudgingly, I rescheduled. So fast forward to yesterday when I had my appointment scheduled at 3 pm. We got stuck in traffic pretty badly so I called to advise we were on the way but might be a little late. To which the very unfriendly lady that answered the phone says, “we have a ten minute grace period.” Uhhhhh ok. I politely said we’d do the best we could to get there & Ms. Congenitally just repeated the sentence. We get to the store and park. We walked in at 3:12, so two minutes past the “grace” period so I didn’t think it would be a big deal. We stood at the reception desk but she was on the phone. Finally hangs up. I give her my name & that I was the one that called. She just stared at me for a few seconds then she says AGAIN “We give a ten minute grace period.” Now I’m big time annoyed so I asked if they could squeeze me in. She took some glee in saying no & that I had to. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but she was NOT a pleasant person to deal with. My husband asked if we could reschedule and I said NOPE. If they can’t forgive two minutes and work me in, even if I had to wait, I refuse to give them my business. I mean even DOCTORS offices allow more grace time than that. It’s a freaking EYE EXAM. I wasn’t asking for a private appointment with the freaking Pope. 🙄🙄🙄 So yeah, that employee was incredibly rude and cost the company some money because I planned on getting 2 pair of designer glasses. I mean, I still will get them, it just won’t be at America’S Best. 🤷‍♀️

Yes, the staff was friendly. The doctors are cheap knock-offs! I first had a virtual exam and got one prescription. Ordered lenses. That "doc" thought he saw a cataract so I had to return for a follow-up exam the next week. That "doc" confirmed the cataract (without further comment) and changed my prescription. Ordered new lenses! This was in January 2026. I struggled through blurriness for four months before going to MO Eye Consultants, where I learned that the prescription from America's "Best" was completely wrong -- America's "Worst"!!! Now, I must buy another pair of lenses!! Also, turns out that I do not have cataracts, but I do need to watch for glaucoma, AND my prescription lens are WAAAAAY different! Will NEVER let these "doctors" look at me again!!!!
