Thank you Lupe and Noel for another great experience at your store location. Great customer service again!!! This year I did some competitive research when shopping for new glasses and lenses. I was shocked how much money I saved at America’s Best versus the competition down the street (initials PV). Saved “no lie” about a thousand dollars. I’ll be back, thank you Lupe and Noel. Wonderful experience at America's Best in Orland Park IL.....Yasmeen was taking care of me, she helped me pick out frames and toppers for my Pair glasses, she was very sweet and took the time to make sure I found the right ones for me. Sara was a huge help figuring out my insurance coverage, she wouldn't quit and because of her i saved over $100 off of my glasses. Lupe called me to let me know my glasses were in at the store and she offered to send them to me at my daughters house in TX, she took the time to get my information and let me know when they we being shipped and the tracking number. I am so appreciative to all 3 of these ladies for their patience, kindness and helpfulness. I will definitely go back to this store. Thank you! Denise Wille

Shay was great. She helped me with pricing on new lenses. Unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere because of price (I have a high perscription), but that is not Shay's fault, or any of the other employees. Shay was pleasant, kind, and answered all of my questions without pressuring me to buy. An older woman employee was also there who was actually not very nice to either of the other two ladies that were working, Shay was one of the other two ladies. The older woman somewhat snapped at both of the other employees when they asked her questions at separate times. You may not like or get along with your coworkers, but be respectful, especially in front of customers. I will say that the older woman was pleasant to the customer she was helping. Rated a 4 because Shay was so great, but the price ultimately forced me to go elsewhere.

Dr. Sirhan sets the standard for what a great optometrist should be. She’s sharp, attentive, and truly invested in her patients’ well-being. No visit ever feels rushed, and every concern is met with a clear, thoughtful response. It’s obvious Dr. Sirhan and the entire staff take immense pride in delivering exceptional care.

Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and eager to help, especially Lupe who took the time to make sure I got the best prices and the best products to fit my needs, I did not feel rushed at all. I definitely look forward to returning to this location!
