Very good experience with Doctor Campbell. He takes his time, he is thorough, very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and concerned, and demonstrates that he wants the best for his patients. The office staff is outstanding, and Laura in the eyewear department is awesome!!! My wife and I are very pleased and very happy that we switched our eye care needs to Doctor Marini and Doctor Campbell.
I took my mother to see Dr Campbell for a neuro-optometry exam. He was so kind; he graciously walked my disabled mother all the way out of his office and to the elevator. His eye exam was very thorough and he took time to explain things throughout the process. We were very pleased.
It took a month to be sent a survey to set-up a schedule for my son. The survey was completed June 26th and I have yet to hear from this office. Such a poor patient experience.
