I was so impressed with the friendliness, kindness, professionalism. Even the wait time was amazing. They have a wonderful selection of frames. I also like the fact that I didn’t feel rushed or pressured that all the choices were mine, thank you, America’s Best.

I just moved here and really needed to get my prescription updated. Everyone was welcoming and chill and the process was super quick! Dr. Pena was super sweet and didnt rush through, and Zach was fun to work with when it came to checking out. All in all, everyone from the front desk, to the gentleman who initially checked my eyes, to check out, everyone was great! I love environments like this where it doesn't feel so generic! Thanks yall! ❤️ I just wanted to come back on here because I absolutely adore Dr. Pinon (I spelled her name wrong last time). I had to come back to try some different contacts due to some eye dryness and she was just a help. She truly cares about her patients and can relate on personal levels. She is always in high spirits and does what she can to make sure her patients are set! I cant thank you enough for her dedication and help! 💜

My wife and I both got eye exams and purchased glasses this afternoon. My associates name was Louie, and I was impressed with him right off the bat. Louie was very polite, friendly, attentive, helpful, informative, patient and friendly. With so many customer service people in various businesses that are rude and unprofessional, someone like Louie stands out and shines. He is exemplary, and I can't say enough about him and how he carried himself. I whispered to my wife and she agreed that this young man is well deserving of a pay raise, and this store in Harker Hights should do whatever it takes to keep him employed there for the long haul. Am VERY unhappy with this business. The whole "two pairs of glasses and eye exam for such n such dollars!" Was told it only applies if you get plastic frames and no coatings are allowed. Not "metal frames/coatings are additional". Not allowed to get the deal. I grabbed from right next to the sign that said that deal was $145. Figured ok its a bit more but these are higher-tier frames. No big deal. Then I paid $300! Looked at the receipt. It had the coatings i asked for listed. Ok. Not ideal but hey they're add-ons right? No. They didn't tell me I wasn't getting the deal at all. Or that that $300 was for a SINGLE PAIR of single Rx glasses (am near-sighted). I paid as much for this ONE PAIR as a family member of mine pays for her glasses, and without hers she's legally blind! Will NEVER return here, and will actively encourage others not to come here as well! UPDATE! Was just contacted by someone by phone. Their 'resolution' to me being angry at getting lied to and overcharged? 'Come in, spend MORE money, and you'll get your second pair'... REALLY??? why dont you take the money from the eye exam and put it towards that! And WHY is there 2 charges PER LENSE for polycarbonate lenses? SV POLY and Verilite Package... your billing makes no sense, your staff lied TO MY FACE! And you think I'm gonna drop even MORE money with y'all? Not happening. And this review will remain UP so others are aware of what y'all pulled on me so they don't get hosed as well!
