Walmart Vision Center

Came in the store today about glasses. Stopd at the counter for about 10 minutes waiti g to be helped. I finally asked they guy helping someone did they have anybory worki g the counter. He said not at the moment. Tha said what you need. I just left the store. Him nor the lady working there said we will be with you or nothing. Just let me stand there. I wont be back!

Brenda and Karina were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience and they both explained in detail what I needed. They both took there time and was very pleased. I will be coming back!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses with progressive lenses. I felt they were not right and went back to the vision center. They listened and remeasured. I was asked to return to the optometrist to get a better understanding of the issue. 2 weeks later I saw the doctor. I may have been dehydrated but all is good. No change required by me. So grateful to walmart vision center for their professionalism. A++

No zero grade so only one. Took glasses in to discuss problem. Was looked down on like I didn’t know what I was talking about. The checked the glasses and told me everything was correct. I can’t see properly with these glasses but was told to go see my eye doctor for a new prescription. Prescription was written in March 2026. The tall man’s look on his face was like you will not get a refund or anything else to solve this problem. Will not ever use any Walmart eye center again.
