Can you believe it? It feels like just yesterday we were picking out her last pair, but here we are again, back for new prescription glasses! We decided to just pop in without an appointment to browse, and we were immediately greeted by such a friendly face from the optical team. They were super helpful, quickly looking up our insurance benefits which really made the whole selection process so much easier. It was actually quite fun helping my daughter pick out her next stylish frames – she found a pair she absolutely adores! The checkout was incredibly smooth and fast, and they gave us a clear date for when her new glasses would be ready. 🤓 With her starting back to school the very next day, I gave them a quick call the day before our scheduled pickup, just to confirm everything was on track. When we swung by after her basketball practice, we were met with the same warm welcome. They found her new glasses in a flash, made a tiny adjustment to ensure they fit perfectly, and we were out the door in no time. Talk about efficient service!
