Absolutely unacceptable experience. I paid $409 for glasses with lenses that were supposed to have a specific feature. When I went to pick them up, the product did not perform as promised, and I refused to take the glasses. I simply asked for my full $409 refund. Somehow, that turned into one of the strangest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was told the refund had to go to a card that I did not recognize, despite me showing my own cards and bank statement proving the original $409 payment. Then I was given a receipt that didn’t match my order number or transaction date and showed a ridiculous date of 1/1/1800. I was also told I would receive only $329.95 instead of the $409 I actually paid. They even misspelled the home address multiple times when I spelled it out for them letter by letter, and didn’t update it to the correct one, the same thing happened with my phone number. When I questioned these discrepancies, instead of calmly explaining what happened and fixing the issue, the GM started yelling at me. I had to ask her why she was yelling because I was not yelling at her. I repeatedly explained that I wasn’t looking for special treatment—I wanted the transaction handled correctly. I’m a manager myself, and if I treated a customer this way while their payment information and paperwork clearly weren’t matching, I’d expect serious questions from my own management. I left the glasses there and contacted my bank because I was not comfortable accepting a product or refund process that didn’t make sense. This was not a simple return. This was a completely mishandled transaction from beginning to end. If you’re shopping here, check your order, receipts, payment information, and product carefully before accepting anything. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Outstanding staff! From the moment you walk in they make you feel comfortable and are incredibly helpful. It can be really hard to decide on frames and they are honest and kind when you ask for their opinions. Best eye appointment/exam I’ve had!
Having never wore glasses before, I was somewhat confused by the process and misunderstood the pricing structure I was getting here. I only found out after picking up my glasses, that I had only ordered one pair. After talking it over with Traci the manager, she explained in alot greater detail the level of glasses and helped me to order different glasses that she felt would benefit me more. She really took the time to explain and was able to apply my previous purchase to the better quality lenses. I can say that Traci went above and beyond, and I cant recommend this store and her services high enough.
The knowledge and helpful staff was absolutely phenomenal. Rare do you find a staff and management as thorough as I did. Tracey, in your Kemah office was all that I needed to get my new pair of glasses “with everything I wanted”. Clone her is my only advise!
I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. The glasses I purchased were given to me with a broken screw, and when I brought the issue to their attention, they repeatedly made excuses instead of resolving the problem. Even more frustrating, when I requested a return, I was told I could not receive a refund despite their website clearly advertising a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. What should have been a simple eye exam and basic pair of glasses turned into a nearly $400 bill due to constant upselling and what felt like very aggressive and misleading sales tactics. I felt pressured into purchasing add-ons that were presented as necessary rather than optional. Between the defective product, refusal to honor the advertised return policy, and the overall sales experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others.
