Americas Best

I'm 45 years old. This is my first time getting an eye exam and glasses since I was 16 years old and my exam went great. Dr. Purvi Gala O.D. was great at explaining everything to me. She sure did make everything more comfortable and stress-free and Valentina the associate, the one who helped me pick out my pair of glasses. She explained everything to me. She made it. She made the process also. Stress-free and to this day I believe it's the fourth day I'm excited to receive my glasses so thank you so much! America's best here in New Braunfels. I wouldn't have done it without y'all's help. Thank you

I've been to both America's Best locations but today July 23rd lady named Kira was very rude when I asked about safety glasses sending me to Walmart!?! I had purchased eye glasses and safety glasses at America's Best last four years. I'd preferred to speak to speak with a young lady I have seen at this location before, Andrea. Andrea did a great job but as for Kira response; its not acceptable. She needs training on how to approach customers and sell product not sending customers elsewhere!!!

I went to price some contacts and frames at America best eye care. I had a great experience. I was taken care of by Kera who was very professional and knowledgeable as well. She answered all questions and made sure I had what I needed with the best deal that worked for me. Thank you.

This was my first visit to Americas Best eyecare location in New Braunfels, and I have to say they were extremely polite, very friendly and helpful in assisting me with my exam ( by Dr. Dirba , the optometrist) and replacing lenses in my existing frames. Tyler was very thorough and the process was smooth and straightforward. I will pass this location on to all my friends and family for future reference. Good job, folks, you just gained a new customer.

Went use my warranty (which over the phone twice was told would work) Got to the store and from the moment you walked in you knew this young lady was having a bad day. Long story short she said she couldn’t help me….after spending 600.00 with this store. Not to mention this lady was the asst mgr. Keira or something like that. Horrible lady. I was furious. Called another location 5 mins down the hwy and they told me no problem to come see them and they will help me. Walked in and out in 15 mins. If you want to use Americas best go to the creekside location!!! They were wonderful!!!! Avoid this location!
