First time at this location and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rama was detailed and informative. She made me feel comfortable throughout my exam and my attendant Evette was lovely at check out. She was very personable yet professional and helped me find the services that best fit my needs. Great experience.
They were so kind here and so easy to work with! It was very easy for the exam, took around two hours but it was very simple, time went by quickly. They were all very sweet, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Yesterday was my third time visiting this location, and the third time really was the charm. My previous experiences were good, but yesterday stood out. I was greeted right away and taken care of quickly. The eye exam team was gracious, conversational, and took the time to educate me about my eyes instead of just rushing me through. When it came time to choose glasses, I was helped by (I believe) Evette—and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, patient, and didn’t try to upsell me. Instead, she explained my options clearly and made sure everything was done correctly the first time. Thank you for such a smooth, pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back.
I have been waiting for a month for my kids glasses to come in. I was told 2 weeks and they would be in. Last time I called the person said they had received some in but not checked in yet. So I called back the next day and the person that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful when I asked if my kids glasses were in. She didn’t even ask for my kids name all she said was “if you haven’t received a text message then they are not in. You don’t need to call back just wait on the text.” It has now been 2 weeks later and still no text the glasses are in. This use to be a great America’s Best and now the staff and customer service has gone downhill.
