Very professional ladies and doctor. Had a little mix up with the contacts I ordered and I was a little disappointed but they fixed the issue very quickly and my contacts got shipped to me overnight. They like to address any issues anyone has and I highly recommend them.

I called to ask if there’s another way to grab my prescription outside of fax or in person (because I have no fax machine and don’t live an area with an Americas Best anymore). The receptionist was not very helpful. I ended up finding it through my account so that means that in person and fax are not the only ways. so it was frustrating and disappointing that it seemed like they didn’t want to truly help by just suggesting to look in my account when i expressed i don’t live there. Will starting looking around for a different place to give me service too.

The doctor was great got my prescription perfec!!!t but the lady that helped afterwards was not she added stuff to my glasses without asking me or explaining anything and didn't tell me about the 40% off the second pair glasses till after I've already paid then when I went in to pick up my glasses same lady and she did not care to want to help me get my glasses to fit right all she could say is that my ears were uneven they keep sliding down my nose this was at the Granbury Texas location

Very disappointed yet again. Three years in a row my order was wrong. Yes they fix the issues or wrong RX but that leads to longer wait times to get my glasses. I feel like the Dr's are fly by nights and the office staff do not pay attention to the details when placing the order. I will not be going back. Shame on me for giving them so many chances and my money.

Theresia, the front desk gal, was very personable and pleasant. The two people who did tests and exams were pretty good, friendly. Then we get to Angela who helped me decided what package I wanted to go with. I could tell I was testing her patience but, because it's been 3 years since I got new glasses, I didn't remember what I'd gotten done the last time. I also had a job back then -- we just moved to Granbury and I haven't found one yet so money is a bit tight -- and added on a few extra things I'd forgotten about. Still, Angela did go through everything and give me pricing for the different options. When I asked her to explain what I was paying for if I went with those options. I do find it a bit nutty that they advertise 2 pairs of glasses and an exam for under $100. You're not getting out of there with 2 pairs of glasses and an exam for under $100. It's impossible. But I was pleased to get it around that price and that Angela was able to help me make the decision that was best for me and my presently limited finances. Just, if you go in there, make sure you ask all the questions you need in order to be sure what you're paying for! Update from 4 stars to 1 (would be 0 but for the doctor): First pair of glasses were great. Second pair? They cut the lens improperly so they were not wearable. I told the girl who was helping me pick them up and she acted like I was insane because the prescription was correct. But when you cut something that is a rounded-shape like an eyeglass lens in the wrong spot, it doesn't matter what the prescription is, they're not wearable. But she proceeded to get another woman to help, all the while talking like I'm the world's biggest idiot right in front of me. The other woman copped the same attitude. Thankfully, the actual doctor was there and forced her, begrudgingly, to learn how to use the machine that verified what was happening. Suddenly, all sugar and smiles, she said she'd get them re-made. Went in to get the new pair and everyone's on their phones not even looking at the door. A young girl finally gets up and goes to look for my new pair and asks me if I took the frames home because she only has the lenses. Then realizes it's because she forgot it's HER JOB to put them in the frames before the client gets there for pick up. Which could have been done rather than her staring at her phone until I got there. Whatever. Didn't really matter because these re-made glasses were apparently made from my old prescription and are not wearable. I'm not dealing with these people EVER again. What a waste of time. At least, I got one wearable pair, someone learned how to do their WHOLE job, and Theresia is still really good at hers.
