Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Listed services include glasses & frames, contact lenses, contact lens fitting and sports & safety eyewear. Insurance accepted includes Davis Vision, Superior Vision and Spectera (8 plans in total). Care is provided by Samuel Moon, OD. It is open 7 days a week, including weekends, with evening hours on weekdays. You can walk in without an appointment. I went in over the weekend and they fixed my glasses which apparently were still under warranty and I didn't know. The lady working was super nice and fixed them within minutes. They look brand new. I'm so happy thank you Walmart Vision!
They were awesome! I had some personal complications and they were able to remake my prescription with a small different that I was glad to pay!!! And they helped me with kindness and smiles even though the problems were of no fault of Vision Center! Thank you Walmart Vision Center for caring about people! See my new glasses!
I never needed glasses until the age of 69! There were so many questions that weren't being answered. What are bifocals? How much will my insurance cover? Frames...care...ect. ANGIE LOWERY and the ENTIRE staff at the Granbury Walmart Vision Center, guided me every step of the way. Every single question was met with an answer that I could understand. Professional, and yet, down to earth guidance. I was able to take all the time I needed, not feeling as if I was on a conveyor belt to get me in and out THANK YOU ANGIE...AMY...and absolutely the entire staff of the Granbury Vision Center.
My original exam was great a few years ago. But when I called to see if they could give me my prescription the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. I get that it expired and I understand they can't give it out anymore. But he was very rude, he kept repeating 'absolutety not' without even hearing the details. He assumed I had an exam done elsewhere for some reason? Why would I call this place if I had my exam done somewhere else? Thats stupid. And when he did find out the details he still had a rude tone with me. I'm definitely never getting an exam here again. I really liked the woman eye doctor I came to before but apparently she's not here anymore. If that guy was that rude to customers without getting checked I wouldn't wanna meet the new doctor anyway.
We love Walmart Vision and Glasses! We've been going there for years to get glasses for our childrens' glasses and eye care needs. They have an excellent warranty program as well. Thank you for taking care of us!
