We will not be back. The office staff was not friendly or very helpful. My husband and I had TWO insurances and we still had to pay over $700 for glasses!!! That is ridiculous and absurd how overly priced the glasses were! No thank you! We have found another eye Dr. that deals in reality pricing and the staff are so kind and professional.
Terrible service from the guy with the beard who works there! Prices are high and my glasses were not the right prescription. When I spoke to him about it he was short with me and said basically it’s just human error and they can’t be expected to be perfect! 😳 I paid around $300 out of pocket in addition to me eye coverage and wax treated rudely twice. I will never go back to them for glasses! 😐
We had a visit with Dr. Wong and his staff and they did amazing!! My girl was nervous but his techs went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Dr was very thorough and patient. Highly recommend!
Great place for a routine eye exam! Anthony was dressed to impress! I wish more professionals were dressed this way.
