America’s Best Conacts & Eyeglasses

After being pushed out the door for being 10 minutes late at Pearl Vision down the street we stopped here and were taken care of immediately with full exam and fitting. Staff was very courteous and accommodating and made the process enjoyable. This will be our new eye doctor. Thank you Pearl Vision showing us the error in our ways for the past 15 years. Good to be somewhere that actually cares about its customers!!!

Ordered 2 pair of glasses, when I picked them up my left eye vision was blurry, went back to the store and they treated me like I’m asking for something free. The manager, optometrist and 2 other employees gathered in one of the offices. They made a plan to get rid of me, the Manager came back with a referral to an ophthalmologist which have nothing to do with the wrong prescription and wrong measurements. Felt pushed away from the store. I can only see clear in a little spot on the right side of the lenses. At the beginning of June I had an accident and my frame broke. Went to the store to claim my warranty. It was mid June and today is July 16, 2026 and still waiting for my glasses to be ready. My job requires me to drive at night but I’m living hell trying to focus my mind and keep my vehicle in the right lane. I was a Lens Crafters client but after the headaches you’ve been giving me. I’m going back to them. 100% better personal and professional experience plus much better quality than Americas Best. Cheap things end up costing twice. Shame on me

My fiancé and I had appointments on 3/12 for eyeglasses and contacts at this location. Unfortunately, our experience started off very frustrating. We arrived early, but Dr. John was running late and continued talking in his office for quite a while with another employee even though patients were waiting. Another employee eventually had to remind him that he was behind schedule. We were then skipped over for another patient “because he has contacts in” , and when it was finally our turn, the appointment felt rushed and like our concerns weren’t heard. Things became even more upsetting when we picked up our trial contacts on 3/22. Our contacts had finally arrived, but my glasses supposedly had not. We later found out my glasses had actually been checked in that same day, despite being told otherwise multiple times on 3/27. On top of that, neither my fiancé nor I could see properly out of the trial contacts we were given, which is obviously extremely concerning when it comes to eyesight. At that point, we honestly planned to leave a 1-star review. However, Maria completely changed the experience for us. I was able to get on the phone with Maria and explain everything. She didn’t cut me off and she listened. Extremely sweet woman! It was so pleasant to speak to a manager that said hey this is our mistake, let’s fix it, instead of shooing me away. We had a great conversation and she scheduled my fiance and I on a day a different Doctor was there. She scheduled both of us with a different doctor, Dr. Bulkich, and the difference was night and day. Dr. Bulkich was thorough, patient, and truly listened to our concerns. He fixed both of our prescriptions and even let us try different contact brands to make sure we were comfortable and able to see correctly. Maria also fixed my glasses issue at no extra cost, let me choose frames I actually liked, and even provided us with 6 months of free contacts because of everything that happened. By the end of it all, we left feeling heard, cared for, and finally able to see correctly. We are only ever returning because of Maria and Dr. Bulkich. Maria gave us such a good experience and she knows her stuff! They completely turned around what started as a terrible experience and showed what real customer care should look like.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice! The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. My eye doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, efficient, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Had such a pleasant experience with Dr. John and Mr. David! The front desk and rest of the staff was also very kind, friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend- you won’t be disappointed:)
