Hiiiie, Always a great time with Dr Bruce Kellner. These guys truly take their time to make sure you get what you need. The front desk staff are amazing. Staff is very knowledgeable and patient. Myencie & Jose are real MVPs. Thank you guys for such attentiveness and care for my eyes 👀 Their selection of designer glasses are nice. I will always return here for my glasses and exam. 👌🏽👏🏽💚😎👀

Ms. Nikeiya is so professional and kind! I appreciate from the moment I booked I received many text and email reminders about my upcomingin person Virtual appointment. The process was thorough and I liked how it was very streamlined and the same as when I would go in person and meet with an in person optometrist. The techs used all the machines that are used during appointments. The virtual part was when the optometrist doctor virtually manually changed the lenses to fit me for the perfect prescriptions. Ms. Nikeiya assisted me with glasses fitting and was very patient. Every technician there was knowledgeable on the equipment and provided great customer service. I am so grateful for the excellent experience.

The general manager here Nikkeya is absolutely horrible. I came in for a contact exam, got contacts, they weren’t clear! I tried to call, dozens of times… no one picks up the phone. I scheduled an appointment online bc it was the only way I could get in contact with them. When I came in.. she said I’d have to come back another day because it wasn’t a follow up appointment I scheduled or be charged for it. I refused because there was no way to schedule a follow up appointment online.. for the love of god.. I just want to be able to see clearly. The staff is fine but the general manager should be fired.. she made a very simple situation way more difficult than it needed to be. When I got to the doctor they said they simply could change the appointment type on the back end.. no big deal so why did Nikkeya make it such a big deal… she should be fired.. horrible management of this place.. when I got to the doctor we found out the staff actually gave me the completely wrong prescription altogether.. not what the doctor even prescribed … wow … incompetence at its finest..

I had a wonderful experience at this optical office. Cora was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I sat with her. She was patient, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a customer. I had a great experience at America’s Best at Takoma shopping center from start to finish. Brizette was friendly, handled my check-in, and did my exams thoroughly and professionally. Diana made picking out frames easy and enjoyable with her helpful suggestions. When I picked up my glasses, Cora quickly fixed an issue I was having and made sure everything fit perfectly. The whole team was welcoming and efficient—I highly recommend them!
