My mom and I recently visited America's Best in the Big Elk Shopping Center, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Even though they were incredibly busy and short on optometrists that day, we never once felt rushed or overlooked. Every member of the team took the time to make us feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. Although the eye exam was conducted virtually, it was incredibly thorough. The doctor identified a concerning area behind my mom's eye that warranted further evaluation and immediately referred her to a specialist. We were very impressed by the level of care and attention to detail, and we're grateful that it was caught so quickly. One moment that meant so much to us was when the staff graciously extended my mother a military discount in honor of my father's 29 years of service in the U.S. Army. She carries her military ID but rarely thinks to ask about discounts, so it was a wonderful surprise to see his service recognized with such kindness and appreciation. A heartfelt thank you to Eddie, Lee Rose, Dhruvi, Azaria, Alycia, and Pronay. Every one of them made us feel like more than just customers. We genuinely enjoyed chatting with the staff, and they turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a fun and memorable experience. Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find these days, but this team absolutely sets the standard. Thank you all for making our visit such a positive one. We look forward to coming back and will happily recommend this location to family and friends.
