First time with this practice after 50 years with a previous practice. The office was exceptionally well-run. The staff, technician and doctor all were friendly, helpful and professional--I felt they were on my side and cared. It's nice to be in an office where people smile, laugh and interact with you like you're a human!

My appointment was 8:30 am but wasn't seen until 9:30. The technician who did preliminary exam tasks was very skilled and professional. The opthomologist was very thorough and discussed options with me. I like this practice alot.
Always a great experience with Dr Stottlemyer. He is very thorough and kind . Staff is very pleasant also.
They don’t answer the phone and seem to take great amusement in continuing to play phone tag via voicemail rather than calling you back or answering the phone. Plenty of national chains that will answer the phone when you call
Been going here for more than a decade. Have to schedule appointments months in advance - but they just cancelled my Appt in November (it's June) and they just send automated phone calls and emails. No personal touch what so ever.
