Name Raven the young lady named Raven was amazing. She helped me pick out my glasses. Me and my daughter are very satisfied at wood. Advise anyone to go up there and ask for her because her service was the best absolutely amazing Memphis Tennessee Summer Ave., American best glasses best customer service ever thank you so very much and it only took two days after I purchased my glasses. I was very satisfied with that as well.

The staff members were very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. At no time did either I or my wife feel ignored. I would highly recommend others to see Dr. Gray because she knows what she is doing.

This place sucks, It was not busy at all, no one bothered to check me in, they were all busy either talking to each other or on their phones to see me. I just ended up walking out and scheduling and appointment somewhere else after waiting 30 minutes.
