Horrible place. Too expensive, not the least bit helpful from walking in door to picking up glasses. Only time they talked and with no explanation was to get my prescription and enter my private information to put me in as a patient without telling me why before they would give me time of day. Purchasing glasses and answering my questions they were not least bit helpful. Would never recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware. Ordered glasses, they said two weeks to get into. I called three weeks later and found out they had been sitting there. I was never called text or emailed like I was told I would be.

Had a really good experience here on 01/28/26 thanks to Lill. She was very helpful, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. She made this eye exam extremely enjoyable. Thank you, Lill!
I picked up my shipped glasses from this location and was greeted by no one as soon as I walked in. Patiently waiting, I was greeted by Charlene. She was so nice and friendly at first, but her demeanor seemed stressed. She tried helping me through, which I noticed, but it seemed to take her a while to heat up and tighten my glasses. I noticed she popped the frame outside of one of my glasses, because she said she had a hard time tightening them due to the prescription. I had a lengthy experience with lenses popping out and placing them back in, so when I tried them on my whole world was tilted downwards. Something was not right. Trying to be nice and just get them tightened, each frame was tightened better on one side than the other. I went to my car to see the world adjustment and I was adjusting fine with the pair she did not destroy. Unsatisfied, I came back in after inspecting the glasses and she tried to tell me again it was my big prescription, which had nothing to do with how she incorrectly placed the lenses back inside because you can see they are not in the same spot symmetrically. I went back in for her to fix them and she did, but both of my frames are lose. Charlene did not do as quite of a good job as I believe she would have given more effort to a different consumer. I have had glasses my entire life and have had beyond better experiences than I did yesterday. I unfortunately have to travel to a further location after receiving my new frames to get them tightened and fixed, when my first experience picking them up in PHX should have been great.
Disappointed. Wanted contacts for a trip. Had to call to find out if they were ready and they been sitting in their office for 8 days. So make sure you babysit them because apparently the whole don't call us we'll call you is a blatant lie
I had a really disappointing experience at this location. When I walked in, I was helped by a pregnant woman at the front who didn’t appear to be in proper uniform: her shirt was stained and didn’t have any company insignia, which already felt unprofessional. Not once did she introduce herself, so I do not have a name to go by. I explained that I needed both nose pads on my glasses replaced and was willing to pay for the repair. She replaced only one side, and when I politely asked if she could do the other, she scoffed and told me she was “doing me a favor” and refused to complete the repair. I was taken aback by the attitude and lack of customer service. I then asked her to adjust the nose pads, and she bent them completely out of shape, making my glasses worse than when I came in. I ultimately decided to disengage because it was clear she wasn’t interested in helping. The entire interaction was unprofessional and left a bad impression. I’ll likely take my business elsewhere or, at the very least, request help from someone else if I ever return.
