America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

One of the best experience my wife and I have had with eyecare and glasses in the area. Irma was meticulous and wonderful with frame selection, measurements, and lens optimization options. Her suggestions and recommendations were perfect. Myra was amazing when we picked up our glasses and made adjustments for the perfect fit. Both ladies were very warm and inviting and made us and all the other customers in the store feel welcomed.

My glasses got badly scratch so I went here to get a new prescription and get new glasses and contacts. I leave for vacation tomorrow and my glasses nor my contacts are in yet. I called up and asked for few more pairs of trials so I can see on vacation and got told no. Probably will be finding a new place next year.

Twice now my prescription on two pair of new glasses is not correct. I even had my previous glasses with me. One pair of the glasses has circular defects in both lenses. I’ll be going elsewhere to get new glasses.

I went here about a yr ago. I brought my own prescription for glasses. I bought 2 pair one glasses and one sunglasses. The regular glasses had to be returned about 6mos later due to the circle scratches in the center. My vision with them were awful. I called and got them replaced. So grateful!! The replacements were aweful... they ended up.putting the same prescription in both eyes. I had to wait another two weeks to get them corrected. I got them. About 3 months later these lens were scratched again in the same place. I only use microfiber towels. I went back to Costco and got 2 new frames and lens. I am so glad I came back. Their lens are so much better. I've had my new ones for about two months. When I clean them they are as new as the first day I picked them up. Clear!!!! No scratches!! Don't waste your money with this company.

Wow!!! I’ve never had a business work with me for an extended time with the kindness and patience that was never absent! I had complicated cataract surgeries where my prescriptions kept changing. Love their policy of a free change in prescription etc. Catrina, General Manager, went out of her way to help me with everything that developed with my eyes. She made a horrible surgery experience a lot better with her attentiveness, professionalism and kindness. I totally recommend this business and ask for her. Thank you Catrina!
